Important Notice: Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable recreational activity. If at any point gambling stops being fun, or if you feel it is causing harm to you or someone close to you, please use the tools and resources described on this page. Help is always available. This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1 Our Commitment

1.1 A Safer Gaming Environment

WinBeast ("we", "us", "our") is committed to upholding the highest standards of responsible gaming. We believe that gambling, when approached sensibly and within personal boundaries, can be an entertaining pastime. However, we acknowledge that for a minority of individuals it can become problematic, and we take our duty of care extremely seriously.

Our responsible gaming framework is built on four core pillars:

  • Prevention — equipping players with knowledge and tools before problems arise.
  • Early Intervention — identifying warning signs and acting swiftly to support affected players.
  • Protection — maintaining robust controls to prevent harm, particularly to minors and vulnerable individuals.
  • Support — connecting players with professional help when needed, free of charge.

1.2 Our Principles

In delivering our responsible gaming commitment, WinBeast adheres to the following principles:

  • Gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.
  • We will never market our services to individuals we have reason to believe are vulnerable, self-excluded, or under the legal gambling age.
  • All player protection tools described in this policy are available free of charge and may be activated at any time without restriction.
  • We will train our customer support team to recognise indicators of problem gambling and respond with empathy and appropriate action.
  • We will cooperate fully with national self-exclusion schemes and registered third-party support organisations operating in Great Britain.

2.1 Understanding the Signs

Problem gambling is characterised by a persistent urge to gamble despite mounting negative consequences across financial, personal, and mental health dimensions. Many people experiencing gambling-related harm are unaware of the extent of the problem. The following checklist is intended to help you reflect honestly on your own gambling behaviour.

2.2 Self-Assessment Checklist

Ask yourself the following questions. If you answer yes to three or more of these, we strongly encourage you to use our player protection tools or contact a support organisation.

  • 🔴 Do you find yourself gambling with money you cannot afford to lose, including money set aside for bills, rent, or essential expenses?
  • 🔴 Do you spend more time or money gambling than you originally intended, consistently exceeding your personal limits?
  • 🔴 Do you chase losses — returning to gambling after losing money with the intention of winning it back?
  • 🔴 Have you lied to family members, friends, or colleagues about the extent of your gambling activities or the money involved?
  • 🔴 Do you experience restlessness, irritability, or anxiety when you are unable to gamble, or when attempting to cut down?
  • 🔴 Has gambling negatively affected your relationships, employment, education, or any other significant area of your life?
  • 🔴 Do you use gambling as a way to escape feelings of stress, depression, anxiety, loneliness, or other negative emotional states?
  • 🔴 Have you borrowed money, sold possessions, or engaged in dishonest behaviour in order to fund gambling activities?
  • 🔴 Do you feel preoccupied with gambling — planning your next session, thinking about past wins or losses, or seeking ways to obtain funds?
  • 🔴 Have you previously attempted to stop or reduce your gambling without lasting success?

If you recognise these patterns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us or to one of the independent organisations listed in Section 6 of this page.

3 Player Protection Tools

WinBeast provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools, all of which are available at no cost via your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. These tools are designed to give you full control over your gaming activity.

💷

3.1 Deposit Limits

Set a maximum amount you are permitted to deposit over a defined period — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is reached, further deposits will be declined until the period resets. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

🎮

3.2 Session Time Limits

Restrict the total amount of time you spend on the platform per session. Once your designated session duration expires, you will be automatically logged out. A reminder notification will be displayed before your session ends.

📉

3.3 Loss Limits

Define the maximum net loss you are willing to sustain over a set period. This limit prevents further play once it is reached. Loss limits can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and, like deposit limits, reductions apply immediately.

🔄

3.4 Wager / Stake Limits

Cap the maximum individual wager or stake permitted per bet or spin. This tool helps prevent impulsive high-stakes decisions and encourages more measured, considered gameplay within your comfort zone.

⏸️

3.5 Cooling-Off Period

Take a short break from gambling by placing a temporary restriction on your account. Cooling-off periods range from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this time, you will not be able to deposit, wager, or receive promotional communications.

🚫

3.6 Self-Exclusion

Request a formal self-exclusion of minimum 6 months (extendable up to 5 years or permanently). Your account will be closed immediately, your balance returned, and all marketing communications ceased. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during its active term.

3.7 Reality Check Notifications

You may configure periodic on-screen notifications that display your session duration and a running summary of net wins or losses. These prompts encourage mindful engagement and allow you to make informed decisions about whether to continue playing.

3.8 GAMSTOP — National Self-Exclusion Scheme

In addition to our on-platform self-exclusion tool, we participate in GAMSTOP (gamstop.co.uk), the UK's national online self-exclusion scheme. Registering with GAMSTOP will prevent you from accessing gambling websites and apps operated by companies licensed in Great Britain, providing a broader layer of protection across the entire UK licensed online gambling market. GAMSTOP registration is free of charge and remains separate from any exclusion applied directly through WinBeast.

3.9 Blocking Software

We recommend the use of third-party blocking software to further restrict access to gambling websites across all your devices. Trusted options available in the UK include:

  • Gamban (gamban.com) — blocks access to thousands of gambling websites and apps across up to 15 devices.
  • BetBlocker (betblocker.org) — a free, non-profit tool available for multiple devices and operating systems.
  • Net Nanny and similar family-control software — suitable for household-wide restrictions.

3.10 Account Closure

If you wish to permanently close your WinBeast account for any reason, you may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be processed and returned to your nominated payment method in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, as detailed in our Terms & Conditions.

4 Tips for Responsible Gambling

The following practical guidelines are designed to help you maintain a healthy and enjoyable relationship with gambling:

  1. Treat gambling as entertainment, not income. The house always holds a mathematical advantage. Approach each session as you would a leisure activity — with a fixed budget and no expectation of profit.
  2. Set a budget before you play and stick to it. Decide in advance how much you are willing to spend, and never exceed that amount regardless of outcomes. Use our deposit or loss limit tools to enforce this commitment automatically.
  3. Never chase losses. Attempting to recover money you have lost by placing more bets is one of the most common pathways to problem gambling. If you have reached your limit, stop playing.
  4. Take regular breaks. Set a timer to remind yourself to step away from your screen. Use our session time limit or reality check tools to manage the duration of your play without relying on willpower alone.
  5. Keep gambling and alcohol separate. Gambling under the influence of alcohol or other substances significantly impairs judgement and increases the risk of making decisions you may later regret.
  6. Balance gambling with other activities. A varied recreational life helps ensure gambling remains just one of many pastimes rather than a dominant preoccupation.
  7. Do not gamble when upset, stressed, or depressed. Emotional states that impair clear thinking make it harder to make rational decisions and can lead to compulsive patterns of play.
  8. Understand the games you play. Familiarise yourself with the rules, odds, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages of any game before wagering real money. Knowledge encourages more measured, informed gambling behaviour.
  9. Be open with people you trust. Speaking honestly with family, friends, or a professional counsellor about your gambling habits can provide valuable perspective and accountability.
  10. Use free play and demo modes. Where available, practise games in demo mode before committing real funds. This allows you to explore products without financial risk.

5 Protection of Minors

18+

WinBeast strictly prohibits the participation of individuals under the age of 18. Gambling by persons under this age is illegal in Great Britain and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

5.1 Age Verification

Before any real-money deposit or gameplay is permitted, all customers must successfully complete our age and identity verification process. This process requires the submission of valid government-issued documentation confirming that the player is aged 18 years or over. Until verification is complete, accounts are held in a restricted state with no access to real-money features.

WinBeast reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during a player's lifetime with us. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Household Responsibility

If minors are present in your household, we strongly recommend taking the following precautions to prevent access to gambling services:

  • Never share your WinBeast login credentials, passwords, or payment details with anyone, including family members.
  • Always log out of your account fully when your device is left unattended or used by others.
  • Install family-friendly filtering and parental control software on shared devices (e.g., Net Nanny, Kaspersky Safe Kids).
  • Contact your internet service provider about network-level gambling content filtering solutions.
  • Ensure that any stored payment methods on shared devices are secured with password or biometric protection.

5.3 Reporting Underage Gambling

If you have reason to believe that a minor has gained access to a WinBeast account or has engaged in gambling activity on our platform, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate all such reports promptly and take all necessary steps, including account closure and the return of any funds, where appropriate.

5.4 Marketing to Minors

WinBeast does not direct any marketing, promotional, or advertising content towards individuals under the age of 18. Our data processing practices in relation to marketing communications are described in our Privacy Policy.
